Description

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER CPS (Coatings, Plastics & Specialties) Europe

The Regional Sales Manager will focus on driving sales growth, managing strategic customer accounts, and identifying new business opportunities within the Coatings, Plastics & Specialties segment across Europe

Key responsibilities include implementing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, preparing and presenting sales reports, delivering compelling product presentations, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales and account management expertise, with a focus on B2B sales and business development in the Coatings, Plastics, or Specialties sectors.
  • Knowledge of market trends and technical understanding of inorganic pigments and dispersions or similar industrial chemical products for coatings and plastics.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to maintain and expand customer partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to evaluate market opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Experience in the European market with an understanding of regional business and cultural practices.
  • Proficiency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
  • Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Europe to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Self-motivated with excellent sense of priorities and the ability to thrive in a remote work setting.
